State Officer Candidate Guidebook


All candidates are required to obtain and submit the following documents to the Oregon FFA Association office by 5pm on February 1, 2024:

  1. Application completed through AET
  2. Attach the following as a single PDF to your AET application:
    • Signature (7 pages), Information (2 pages) & Participation Form(7 pages) pages as found the guidebook
    • An official transcript of grades from the high school last attended with a minimum of a 2.5 GPA
  3. Email a state officer candidate letter as a PDF version to by 5pm February 1, 2024. State officer candidate letters will be emailed to all chapter advisors by State Staff.

All candidates will be required to consent to a social media screening and background check and to acknowledge that  plagiarism review will be conducted to be eligible for consideration.
