State Officer Guidebook & Application Details:
Information:
All candidates are required to obtain and submit the following documents to the Oregon FFA Association office by 5pm on February 2, 2026:
- Complete and Submit by 5pm on Feb 2 the following items:
- Application completed through AET
- An official transcript of grades from the high school last attended with a minimum of a 2.5 GPA attached to the AET application
- Attached the pages below as PDF files in AET. **Instructions: In AET – Got to Profile – Click on Resume – Click on Other Upload – Add each of the documents above as separate documents. Contact Lee if you need any help.
- Signature (7 pages),
- Information (2 pages)
- Participation Form (7 pages)
- Email State officer candidate letter (maximum of one page, do not include a list of FFA activities)as a PDF file to lee@oregonffa.com.
- Incomplete applications will not be accepted. This includes missing transcripts, signature pages, and/or State Officer Candidate Letter
- Contact Information for three reference evaluators (google form)
- State Officers will be required to go through a social media and plagiarism review. Details and signature acknowledgement forms will be provided in this candidate guidebook.
- A statement signed by the District President and the District Advisor signifying that the candidate has the approval of two-thirds of the chapters in their district. Approval of two-thirds of the chapters in the district may be obtained by either of the following methods at the discretion of the district advisors:
- By a mail ballot from the district advisor to each chapter in the district.
- By a secret ballot of two delegates from each chapter in a district meeting.
- All elements of the candidate application packet must be received by the deadline. Incomplete State Officer Candidate packets will be disqualified.
